Include your order number & which product you would like to change to.
You will then receive further instructions and a RAN (Return Authorization Number)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product therefore, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of any item subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase;
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Must not be marked as a Last Chance/Sale item on our website. Sale items can only be returned in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.
- Must not have any dirty marks.
- product can be returned if its in original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.
We’ll gladly accept unused items on Pink in Black for return within 14 days of the purchase on all full priced items.
Orders completed at full price can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date following the instructions on the return form included in each package.
Customized, made-to-order, and sale/discounted items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are admitted.
specifically, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised with reference to products made to measure or clearly personalized according to the customer.
